Celtic Fan Sends Sign Message to Rangers on WWE’s Monday Night Raw

A Celtic fan sent a sign message to Rangers during WWE’s Monday Night Raw show in Tampa.

The Hoops beating their rivals 2-1 at Ibrox is big news in Scotland, but we weren’t expecting to see it make a dent in the US and on a completely different sport.

But that’s what happened, as the TV cameras broadcasting the first Raw of 2017 caught a sign behind Universal Champion Kevin Owens which said: “MIND THE GAP SEVCO”

Sevco is the name plenty of Celtic, and Scottish, fans use to refer to Rangers and the sign was also a dig at the 19-point gap between the teams at the top of the Scottish Premiership table:

It just shows there really are Scottish football fans everywhere.

Moussa Dembele and Scott Sinclair were the men who got the goals for Celtic in the Hogmanay clash, cancelling out Kenny Miller’s opener for Rangers.

And it’s impossible to see anything other than Celtic winning the title given their big gap going into 2017.
