Chelsea Fans Really Excited to Be Getting Nathan Ake Back in January

Chelsea fans are really excited about Nathan Ake’s imminent return to the club from Bournemouth.

The Dutch defender has spent the first half of the season out on loan with the Cherries, impressing in his 12 appearances for the club so far.

But it looks like his spell at the club will end after 12 games, with Chelsea set to recall him for the second half of the campaign.

Antonio Conte spoke about the possibility yesterday and reports have intensified today after Ake was absent from Bournemouth’s squad for the FA Cup game against Millwall.

So with Ake set to return, plenty of Chelsea fans are excited about it and hope that he may turn out to be a replacement for Marcos Alonso, who hasn’t been entirely convincing since arriving at Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Here’s some of the reaction to the Ake return story:

What’s your view – should Chelsea recall Ake? Or is he better getting more games at Bournemouth?
