To make the victory at Liverpool’s iconic Anfield stadium even sweeter, the Red Devils nicked all three points in their Premier League 2 fixture in the 93rd minute – a section of that game that is now commonly referred to as ‘Fergie Time’.
Following a largely dour and drab match that the away side largely dominated, United stole victory right at the death courtesy of a last-gasp header from Matty Willock, after a brilliant cross from Sean Goss.

The drama was heightened firstly with just over 10 minutes to go, when Reds keeper Shamal George had saved a penalty kick after Callum Gribben was hauled down in the area.
But the shot-stopper’s efforts went to waste following Willock’s late finish.
