Video: Celtic New Boy Kouassi Eboue Really Doesn’t Like Being Sent Off

New Celtic signing Kouassi Eboue really isn’t a fan of being sent off – as this clip from earlier in the Russian Premier League season shows.

The Ivorian midfielder is on the brink of a transfer from FC Krasnodar to the Hoops for a fee in the region of £3 million, with Brendan Rodgers looking to complete his transfer business early this month.

But by the looks of things, Eboue won’t be looking forward to his first encounter will Willie Collum, as it appears being given his marching orders can sometimes result in a mild breakdown.

Playing in a 3-2 home defeat against FC Orenburg back in November, Eboue was shown the only red card of his senior career so far, and he proceeded to drop the ground before pounding his fists like a petulant toddler:

Regardless of whether or not he’s as good a player as Rodgers and the Celtic hierarchy hope, it seems the least we are guaranteed with Eboue is a little bit of drama.

In this week’s show, Daniel is joined by editor Jonny Boyle as they recap Rangers v Celtic at Ibrox, how Scotland move forward in 2017, our best bits of 2016 and much more:
