Video: Mark McGhee Was Absolutely Devastated After Motherwell Loss to Rangers

Mark McGhee was absolutely devastated as he spoke following Motherwell‘s 2-1 loss to Rangers at Ibrox this afternoon.

The Steelmen manager watched his side go ahead in the Scottish Cup fourth round tie when Louis Moult headed home in the 74th minute.

But they were unable to hold on to their lead, allowing Kenny Miller to head home an 84th-minute equaliser before the same man fired beyond Craig Samson five minutes later for the winner.

It was a disappointing result for Motherwell, but one they couldn’t really argue with considering Rangers dominated most of the game.

Yet McGhee looked absolutely devastated as he spoke to Motherwell’s media team after the game:

As we said, it’s a bad result for Motherwell, but does it deserve McGhee’s reaction? We’re not so sure.

He’ll now need to pick himself up as his side welcome Rangers to Fir Park next weekend and he’ll be hoping for a different result to today.
