Rangers‘ Barrie McKay took on Motherwell attacker Chris Cadden recently at FIFA 17.

But if you were expecting plenty of goals in a great game between the two young Scottish stars then you’d be sadly mistaken.

Unfortunately, McKay and Cadden could only muster up a 0-0 draw as they played with both of their teams in the EA Sports games.

And it took penalties to separate them, with McKay losing despite executing a brilliant Panenka penalty in the shootout.

They were both together at the Scottish Football Museum inside Hampden Park earlier this week to help promote the Scottish Cup tie between Rangers and Motherwell at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.

Rangers will probably go into the game as favourites given their decent recent form and wins over Motherwell already this season.

But Mark Warburton, the players and fans will be hoping they avoid ending up on the losing side like McKay was for this FIFA 17 game with Cadden:

At least McKay looked excited to be there..
