Josh Windass has confirmed Jordan Rossiter is alive by tweeting a picture of the Rangers midfielder.
It’s been a running joke among the Gers supporters about the summer signing from Liverpool after he picked up an injury in August last year and was never seen again.
He’s never played a game since and has barely featured in pictures or videos of team training, despite Mark Warburton at times suggesting that he was nearing a return.
But it’s not yet materialised – with fans continuing to ask just what’s happened to Rossiter.
We told you how one supporters filed a ‘broken package’ complaint with Royal Mail today, only to show them a picture of the Gers midfielder.
And that’s been followed up by Windass sharing a picture of his team-mate alongside the words: “He’s alive.”

We doubt any Rangers fans seriously doubted he was alive, but perhaps the sight of him alongside Windass suggests a return to fitness isn’t far off.
Graeme Murty is currently in charge of the first team following Warburton’s exit from the club last week and he’ll no doubt be hoping to bring Rossiter back into the fold as soon as possible.
