Arsenal cruised through their FA Cup tie against Sutton United on Monday night, but the same can’t be said for Martin Keown, who came out with a slightly bizarre comment whilst appearing as a pundit for the BBC.
The Gunners travelled to Gander Green Lane for their fifth-round clash with the non-league team, and ran out comfortable 2-0 victors thanks to goals from Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott.
However, with the match evenly poised at 1-0 at half-time, former Arsenal centre-back Keown gave his thoughts on the action so far, and his observations took an odd turn very quickly:

"You're the foreign player coming here to take my place" – Martin Keown.
Safe to say Martin Keown voted for Brexit

Personally, we have absolutely no idea what Martin is talking about.
What does the player being foreign have to do with anything? And does he think Elneny came to the UK to play for Sutton?!
None of it makes much sense to us but if we’ve missed anything, please get in touch.
