The former England international is a regular pundit for radio station talkSPORT, and he was live in the studio on Monday for an interview with Stormzy, alongside presenter Max Rushden.
The English rapper – self-confessed Manchester United fan – has been doing the rounds on various different media shows over the last few days to publicise his duet with Ed Sheeran and his new album.
But today there was a bit of a surprise when Parlour showed Stormzy what he could do behind the mic, and after being nicknamed ‘Ray-Pizzee’, Parlour launched into his own track ‘Invincible’, a tribute to his time in the Gunners midfield during the 2004 season:

Now, it’s obviously not going to win any MOBO Awards any time soon but we actually quite liked Parlour’s effort – it certainly could’ve went a lot worse!
