Video: Arsenal Legend Ray Parlour Duets in Grime Track With Stormzy

Arsenal legend Ray Parlour has probably fulfilled many ambitions in his career, but rapping with grime artist Stormzy on live radio was probably an unexpected bonus.

The former England international is a regular pundit for radio station talkSPORT, and he was live in the studio on Monday for an interview with Stormzy, alongside presenter Max Rushden.

The English rapper – self-confessed Manchester United fan – has been doing the rounds on various different media shows over the last few days to publicise his duet with Ed Sheeran and his new album.

But today there was a bit of a surprise when Parlour showed Stormzy what he could do behind the mic, and after being nicknamed ‘Ray-Pizzee’, Parlour launched into his own track ‘Invincible’, a tribute to his time in the Gunners midfield during the 2004 season:

Now, it’s obviously not going to win any MOBO Awards any time soon but we actually quite liked Parlour’s effort – it certainly could’ve went a lot worse!
