The outburst comes in the wake of Arsenal’s 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday afternoon, a result which all but ended the club’s hopes of winning their first Premier League title since 2004.
The future of manager Arsene Wenger was again called into question following the loss at Stamford Bridge, and now ESPN pundit Burley is adamant that the fan-base must take responsibility for not kicking up more of a fuss:
Every Arsenal fan watch this and LISTEN, especially all of you that are blinded by Wenger, Craig Burley has hit the nail on the head! pic.twitter.com/JpfepG61Yi

Arsenal are now 12 points off leaders Chelsea going into this weekend’s league fixture at home to a rejuvenated Hull City, but making sure the club stay in the top four this season now seems a more realistic fight for Wenger and his squad.
What do you make of Burley’s comments? Does he have a point? Or has he gone way over the top by blaming long-suffering supporters?
