Ryan Christie got his second goal for Aberdeen tonight – and it was a beauty that one fan believes Ronaldinho would have been proud of.

The Dons midfielder only joined the club on loan from Celtic at the end of last month, but he’s already got two goals in just three appearances.

He got only 26 minutes of the weekend’s win over Partick yet rewarded his manager Derek McInnes with a goal in a 2-0 victory.

And Christie followed it up tonight with a superb goal on his first start as Aberdeen beat Motherwell 7-2.

The game wasn’t shown on TV because of the UEFA restrictions when Champions League football is being played, but Aberdeen fans at the game left no one in doubt about how good it was – including one fan who said it was like something Ronaldinho would have been proud of:

So was it a Ronaldinho-worthy goal? One fan caught some footage of the goal on his phone, but the quality of the recording probably doesn’t do it justice:

Once official highlights appear, we’ll no doubt see just how good it was from Christie, who appears to be quickly making fans forget all about his Twitter mistake years ago.
