Arsenal Fans Forced to Cancel ‘Wenger Out’ Plane Because of Bad Weather

Arsenal fans have been forced to cancel a planned aerial protest against manager Arsene Wenger, following reports that bad weather may hit the Midlands this weekend.

Arsenal’s season appears to be heading down the all-too familiar path of missing out on silverware and fighting for a top four spot .

This had lead a group of desperate fans to organise a ‘Wenger Out’ banner to be flown over the Hawthorns on Saturday.

Wenger’s side travel to West Brom, desperately looking to get points on the board after their shocking exit from the Champions League at the hands of Bayern Munich.

However, despite sealing a spot in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, where they’ll meet Manchester City, some Arsenal fans remain furious with their manager.

So much so in fact, that some Gooners had planned to hire a plane to fly the banner, which reads “Wenger Out: No New Contract” during Saturday’s 12.30pm kick-off.

Although the plan has now been squashed with a fear over high winds and possible storms around West Brom’s ground.

While travelling fans are still expected to bring banners with them into the ground, its understood the plane is being reorganised for Arsenal’s match against City at the Emirates on April 2.

When it rains, it definitely pours for Arsene Wenger.
