The Ivorian moved to Scotland for a fee in the region of £3 million way back in January, but has been forced to kick his heels on the sidelines as manager Brendan Rodgers made sure he got used to his new surroundings.
With the Northern Irishman obviously convinced the time was right, Eboue came off the bench as a substitute in the 4-1 Scottish Cup win over St. Mirren on Sunday – a moment obviously special to him:

He didn’t have too much to do during his cameo appearance, but almost found himself in hot water after a ferocious tackle in the closing moments:

With the Premiership title wrapped up, it seems more and more likely that Eboue will see more football between now and the end of the season.
