‘Nigerian Bobby Moore’ Efe Ambrose Wins Rave Reviews For Performance in Dundee Utd v Hibs

Efe Ambrose got his Hibs career into full gear this evening by playing an absolute blinder against Dundee United at Tannadice – and winning rave reviews from supporters and onlookers.

The Nigerian centre-back signed from the Championship side from Celtic on an emergency 93-day loan last month, and he made his debut in the 2-0 defeat to St. Mirren ten days ago before playing in the 3-1 Scottish Cup win over Ayr last weekend.

But in tonight’s potential title decider against United, Ambrose showed his true level by coping with absolutely everything thrown at him in-front of a hostile Arabs support.

In truth, the Nigerian international could’ve been playing with a suit on, and he looked a million miles away from the error-strewn defender Celtic fans had become tired of.

He should really type his name into Twitter tonight:

Playing like he did tonight, could Ambrose still have a future at Celtic? Or should he stay at Hibs?
