Clint Hill scored a poacher’s goal for Rangers‘ late equaliser against Celtic this afternoon.
The Ibrox defender popped up in the 86th minute to grab a leveller for Graeme Murty’s men at the end of a pretty boring game at Celtic Park.
It came after Emerson Hyndman forced a nice save from Craig Gordon, with Hill stealing in at the back post to fire home:

It’s not a big goal in the title race, but it’s big for Rangers as they try to regain some dignity in this fixture after losing three times to their rivals this season.
Murty’s side were organised and got the best of the second half before getting their reward through Hill’s goal.
The sides meet in the Scottish Cup semi-final at Hampden next month and this result should be a big confidence boost for Rangers.
As for Celtic, they’re still heading for the title and their unbeaten run has been extended to 36 games, but they’ll need to improve next month to keep their treble hopes alive.
