Darren O’Dea wrestling Scott Sinclair to the ground is so much funnier with WWE commentary over the top of it.
In an eventful game at Dens Park between Dundee and Celtic yesterday, the Dees captain was his usual aggressive self when it came to stopping his opponents.
In one incident in the first half, Sinclair tried to get past O’Dea in the middle of the park, but was wrestled down by O’Dea, giving referee Willie Collum no choice but to award a free-kick and a yellow card.
It’s something that wouldn’t be out of place in the ring in WWE – so it’s undoubtedly better watching it with WWE commentary over the top of it:

That had us chuckling!
O’Dea’s aggressive approach could do nothing to stop Celtic emerging victorious in the game, though.
His Dundee side frustrated their opponents and produced a late push in an attempt to grab a point after Faissal El Bakhtaoui’s wonder goal, but the two strikes from Jozo Simunovic and Stuart Armstrong were enough to give the league leaders all three points.
