Neuer missed both of Germany’s games during the international break, with a calf injury ruling him out of his countries 1-0 friendly win over England and the 4-1 victory over Azerbaijan on Sunday.
However, the Bayern no.1 isn’t the sort to take time away from the training field to nurse any niggles of bumps and bruises.

Bayer Leverkusen’s Bernd Leno and Barcelona’s Marc-André ter Stegen both shared time between the sticks for Germany during the games against England and Azerbaijan.
However, it would surely be too bold to imagine either goalie could steal the job from Neuer on a long-term basis.
