Celtic put Inverness to the sword tonight after another Moussa Dembele-inspired performance in the highlands saw the striker score his 30th and 31st goals of the season.
It actually took the Hoops until the 45th minute to breach their opponents, with Inverness looking turgid and organised early on, but Scott Sinclair’s beauty obviously hit their confidence.
It took Dembele just a mere 10 seconds into the second half to score his first of the game, before Stuart Armstrong’s brilliant free-kick made it 3-0.
The game was over at that point but Dembele wasn’t content with just one goal for his evening, and he soon sniffed out a chance for a second.
His chip over Fon Williams was absolutely delightful:

A massive 31 goals and it’s only March? Is Moussa Dembele the best striker Celtic have had since Henrik Larsson departed the club? And how long will they be able to keep hold of him in this form?
