The former Manchester City and Aston Villa winger has been outstanding since moving to Glasgow last summer, and his goal tonight served as a reminder just how lucky the Hoops are to have a player of his quality.
For most of the first half, Inverness looked turgid, rigid and all in all a far cry from the disorganised outfit that Celtic swatted away 6-0 two weeks ago, but just before the break, Sinclair’s moment of magic managed to break the deadlock:

That’s the 27-year-old’s 17th strike in all competitions this season, and if it weren’t for Moussa Dembele, you’d have to think Sinclair would be receiving a lot more of the plaudits every week.
