Gilmour’s future appears to hang in the balance, with Chelsea reportedly keen to sign him and the 16-year-old willing to move to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
And while the youngster is yet to get his name on the score sheet during tonight’s Old Firm cup clash at Fir Park, he stole the spotlight during Matthew Shiels’ equaliser.
Gilmour picked the ball up in Celtic’s half, executing a marvellous touch to separate him from his marker.
He then effortlessly dribbled past another defender before passing the ball on to a teammate.
The ball then fell to Shiels who found the bottom corner with an excellent finish:

Celtic star Liam Henderson’s younger brother Euan scored Celtic’s opener, however, there’s nothing to separate the two teams going into the final half hour.
