Video: Danny Wilson Summarises Rangers’ “Frustrating” Season

With Rangers sat in third place in the Scottish Premiership and Celtic romping to yet another title win, Danny Wilson claims this season has been hugely frustrating.

The Ibrox side are desperately chasing Aberdeen for second spot and are nine points adrift of the Dons despite beating them 3-0 at Pittodrie last week.

And Wilson has refused to gloss over the campaign, admitting it’s been a frustrating season both for the team and for him personally due to the amount of injuries and niggles he has picked up.

The 25-year-old said that while the club have managed a couple of “sort of decent results”, the team haven’t been great this term and haven’t picked up as many points as they should have:

Wilson concluded that with seven games left to play this season, the squad are desperate to get as many points on the board as possible, a quest which starts with the visit of Partick Thistle this afternoon.
