Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery turned Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric inside-out with an effortless nutmeg at the Santiago Bernabeu tonight.

Bayern trail Real Madrid 2-1 after the first leg at the Allianz Arena, with Zinedine Zidane’s side the clear favourites to make it through to the next round.

However, it appears nobody informed ex-France international Ribery that this was the case, as he left ex-Spurs man Luka Modric for dead with this terrific nutmeg:

Madrid are currently clinging to the advantage they earned in Munich a fortnight ago, with tonight’s match goalless heading into half-time.

Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Toni Kroos have came close for the hosts, however, the La Liga leaders haven’t looked especially solid at the back.

And if Ribery can produce a few more moments of this quality in Madrid’s final third, there’s simply no telling whether Carlo Ancelotti’s side could pull off an unlikely upset.
