Video: Young Celtic Fan Sings ‘Brendan Rodgers 10-In-A-Row’ Song To Stuart Armstrong

A bunch of young Celtic fans got the chance to meet one of their heroes today.

The Hoops-mad kids took part in a Q&A session with midfielder Stuart Armstrong.

And the event, organised by Laurie Ross Insurance, threw up some entertaining questions from the youngsters.

One young lad asked the Scotland international if he’d heard the new song from the Celtic fans at Parkhead as they hailed the signing of Brendan Rodgers’ new deal.

When Armstrong asked how the song went, the boy replied: “This is how it feels to be Celtic. Champions again as you know. Brendan Rodgers is here for 10 in a row.”

The boy raised his two hands and gestured the number 10 – just as boss Rodgers did following his side’s 3-1 win over Kilmarnock on Saturday.

You can check it out in the video below:

Armstrong has been on fire for the Hoops and scooped the Player of the Month award for March.

The former Dundee United ace capped off a top month with a Man of the Match performance in his Scotland debut, helping Strachan’s men secure a late win over Slovenia at Hampden.

The club confirmed last week that Rodgers had signed a new four-year deal keeping him at Parkhead until 2021.
