Celtic will unveil their new Lisbon Lions kit this afternoon – but fans already appear to have a good idea of what it will look like.
As is the norm with kit launches, pictures emerge well before the official word from the club.
And that’s no different with this latest Celtic strip – as fans try desperately to get a glimpse of what they’ll wear throughout their special 50th anniversary year of the Lisbon Lions.
The club revealed the new crest inspired by the European Cup winners yesterday and will follow that up with the kit at a special event outside Celtic Park today.
But a leak published to footyheadlines.com shows one of the promo pictures they’re set to put out:
Fans will no doubt be happy to see them go with a classic design in tribute to the club’s greatest ever achievement.
The Lisbon Lions beat Inter Milan 2-1 in 1967 to lift the club’s first and only European Cup.
