
PFA Scotland have announced the shortlists for the Player and Young Player of the Year awards.
But who deserves to come out with the top gongs?
Celtic trio Moussa Dembele, Scott Sinclair and Stuart Armstrong are joined in the main category by Aberdeen winger Jonny Hayes, who has earned plaudits for scoring seven goals and assisting 12 more for the Dons this term.
There’s no denying the Hoops three have been some of Brendan Rodgers’ most influential players, but one man who isn’t included is Kieran Tierney – he has to settle for a spot in the Young Player of the Year category.
He’s joined by team-mates Moussa Dembele and Patrick Roberts as well as Hibs striker Jason Cummings.
