Gordon Strachan revealed his selections for the visit of the Auld Enemy at the national stadium on June 10th, but, as usual, it’s not got universal agreement from supporters.
Before the squad was announced, many expected Aberdeen midfielder Shinnie and Celtic playmaker McGregor to be included.
But they’ve missed out in a squad which includes four goalkeepers, the out-of-form Mark Reynolds and Championship midfielder John McGinn:

It’s hard to understand the omissions of both Shinnie and McGregor when you consider how important they’ve been for their teams recently.
The Dons midfielder has acted as club captain while Ryan Jack has been out of the team recently and that’s seen him take his performances to a whole new consistent level as Derek McInnes’ men finished second and reached the Scottish Cup Final.
Meanwhile, McGregor is now a starter for Brendan Rodgers at Celtic, scoring four and assisting one in his last 10 games.
But neither make the squad – and fans are unhappy about that:
Do you think Shinnie or McGregor should have been included?
