Video: Celtic Fans Will Love Kieran Tierney Lifting the Scottish Cup

Kieran Tierney showed a lot of passion as he lifted the Scottish Cup for Celtic after being injured early on in the final.

The left-back only lasted 27 minutes of the game after a clash with Jayden Stockley left him with a bloody mouth and some loose teeth.

He was replaced before heading off to hospital for treatment – much to the disappointment of Hoops fans.

But they’ll be delighted to see he returned to the stadium in time for lifting the trophy after Celtic beat Aberdeen 2-1 thanks to an injury-time goal from Tom Rogic.

And his reaction to lifting the trophy will give every Celtic fan goosebumps:

Tierney didn’t look very happy after the full-time whistle despite the treble being secured and an unbeaten domestic season confirmed.

Some believe Stockley should have been sent off for the elbow which caught Tierney and led to the injury.

But Rogic was Tierney’s replacement and went on to score a last-minute winner – so it worked out fine for all concerned with Celtic.
