Video: This Memphis Depay Outfit Could Be Worse Than His Form at Man United

Memphis Depay has always been a flamboyant character, however, he may have outdone himself with his choice of outfit for tonight’s Ligue 1 end-of-season awards ceremony.

Depay moved to France in January, with Lyon jumping at the chance to sign the Dutchman after he failed to impress during a two-year stint at Manchester United.

However, while there may be doubts as to whether United made the right choice to offload Depay, as he’s scored five goals and registered 7 assists in 11 games, there is no doubt surrounding the player’s taste in clothes.

Yes, it’s absolutely dreadful.

Having shown such a keen eye for goal, Depay attended tonight’s Ligue 1 awards ceremony and it wasn’t hard to miss the 23-year-old with this eye-watering number:

During the ceremony, Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante was voted French player of the year, while Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim was awarded the best manager gong having guided his side to within touching distance of the Ligue 1 title.
