Video: Tony Watt Explains Why He’s Started a Movie Review Website

Tony Watt has explained exactly why he felt the need to start a movie review website – whilst promising a big star interview is just around the corner.

Earlier this week, the former Celtic striker, now with Charlton in England’s League One, revealed he’s launching ‘Watt to Watch‘ later this month, and promised honest reviews from the 23-year-old on modern and classic flicks.

And this afternoon, Watt posted his first YouTube clip, and explained that whilst he still puts his footballing career first, he felt he needed an outlet to get rid of some of his pent-up energy:

Earlier this season, Watt spend time on loan at Hearts, but managed just one goal 17 appearances before returning to Charlton back in January.

It may seem like a slightly odd vocation for Watt to take up, and a bit out of left-field, but we’ll certainly bekeeping a close eye on Scottish football’s newest and highest profile film critic.

Good luck, Tony. Break a leg.
