Former Celtic Stars Gary Hooper, Adam Matthews, Joe Ledley & Charlie Mulgrew Reunite For Family Holiday

If things weren’t going so good for Celtic at the moment then this may be a photo that would bring a tear to their eye.

Former Hoops stars Gary Hooper, Adam Matthews, Joe Ledley & Charlie Mulgrew got together again as they enjoyed a holiday with their families.

The group played together at Celtic Park during the Neil Lennon era and were part of the squad who progressed to the last 16 of the Champions League, beating Barcelona on the way.

However, as the years went on they all went their seperate way with Hooper plying his trade at Sheffield Wednesday and Charlie Mulgrew at relegated Blackburn Rovers.

Joe Ledley is currently a free agent after his contract at Crystal Palace expired while Adam Matthews is out of the picture at Sunderland following a less than impressive loan spell at Bristol City.

But the four ex-Celts reunited as they took their families to the Italian island of Sardinia for an off-season break.
