It Looks Like Celtic Fans Have Been Altering Bojan’s Wikipedia Page

It looks increasingly unlikely to us that Bojan will ever become a Celtic player, but that hasn’t stopped the club’s supporters from altering his Wikipedia page today.

The 26-year-old Spain cap is currently still contracted to Stoke City, but spent the second-half of last season out on loan at German side Mainz, so his future in the Potteries seems uncertain.

As any Hoops supporter will tell you, rumours have swirled on social media on various occasions suggesting that Brendan Rodgers is trying to bring the striker to Glasgow, without any real foundation.

And yesterday, the rumour seemed to start up from fresh again on Twitter:

All of that has led to the former Barcelona man’s Wikipedia page being altered for a short time to reflect his links with the Hoops – although we’re not even sure if he’d know who Dave King is:

Fortunately for Bojan fans, the page has been switched back to normal now – but do you think we’ll ever see him in a Celtic shirt?
