Leeds United have a new manager this afternoon – but pretty much nobody has any clue who the poor guy is.
After a decent campaign last season, Leeds fans were shocked to learn their previous manager Garry Monk had left earlier this summer, following a disagreement over his contract.
That led to names such as Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink being linked to the managerial post, before the powers that be at Elland Road eventually got around to appointing Thomas Christiansen.
No, us neither.
According to Sky Sports, the 44-year-old has been handed the task of trying to return Leeds to the top-flight next season, but his first proper order of business will be heightening his low profile:

In case you’re wondering, Christiansen is a retired Spain international, but was born in Denmark, and after a playing career which saw him turn out for Barcelona, Villarreal and Hannover 96, he’s went on to coach teams such as APOEL and AEK Larnaca.
Will he be a hit in England? What do you think?
