Not Everybody Thinks Dani Alves to Manchester City is a Wise Bit of Business

Dani Alves is about to become a Manchester City player, and whilst some supporters are keen to see him in a Sky Blue shirt, others aren’t so convinced.

After trophy-laden spells at Sevilla, Barcelona and Juventus, Alves is regarded as one of the best full-backs in the world, possibly of all-time, and is one of the most decorated players in world football.

But at 34, he’s no spring chicken, and given Man City fans have been crying out for an injection of youth, Alves’s arrival on a two-year deal – according to Goal.com – doesn’t exactly herald a new dawn.

If you ask us, there’s no doubt it’ll be fun seeing Alves strutting his stuff in the Premier League, but what do you think of his arrival?
