Rangers secured a 1-0 victory in their Europa League qualifier with Progres Niederkorn last night, and new signing Ryan Jack loved every minute of it.
Jack moved to Ibrox on a controversial free transfer at the end of last season after his contract ended with Aberdeen.
And it didn’t take the 25-year-old long to get into the groove as he looked assured on the ball and was one of Pedro Caixinha’s top performers during his Gers debut.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Jack confirmed that the “incredible” atmosphere the Rangers fan created last night is exactly why he signed on the dotted line.
He said, “I really enjoyed it, the atmosphere was incredible, coming out of the tunnel was outstanding and it makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up.”

He added, “Those are the types of nights I signed for Rangers for, the European nights under the lights are always special and we got the result in the end but we know it is far from over.”
With the second leg of the crucial qualifier just five days away, Jack will surely be confident his new club can push on and progress to the group stages of the Europa League.
