Despite being payed a reportedly obscene wage of more than £600,000 per week, it seems Carlos Tevez is struggling for motivation to play for his Chinese Super League employers Shanghai Shenhua.
The former Manchester United and Juventus striker turned down a return to his homeland of Argentina and decided to move to the Far East last year after being made an offer he simply couldn’t refuse and, hey, who are we to judge? Would you knock back a staggering £600,000 every week?! Didn’t think so.
But if you’re being payed a ludicrous sum like that, you’d think the least you’d do is put some effort in during matches…or even try and pretend to put some effort in, right?
Well, it seems Carlos just does not care a jot how he’s perceived, as this clip from his latest match shows:
