Adam Lallana has shown Liverpool fans his gruelling pre-season training regime.
The Reds midfielder is set to return to Melwood in two weeks time as Jurgen Klopp’s side prepare for the new season.
However, Lallana is taking no time to rest as he took to Southbourne Beach in Bournemouth to work on his fitness ahead of the new season.
Along with his personal trainer, the former Southampton man went through a number of circuits as he sprinted along the South West Coast.
The 29-year-old has had little time off compared to his team-mates after Liverpool’s season came to a close on May 21st.
Lallana featured in England’s 2-2 draw with Scotland at Hampden Park before taking on France a few days later where Gareth Southgate’s men lost 3-2.
He will be joined on Merseyside next season by former Chelsea star Mohamed Salah who joined the Reds in a £37million move from Serie A side Roma.
