The Portuguese defender joined up with his new teammates on Monday, ending his late holiday after playing for Portugal at the Confederations Cup in Russia.
Rangers put him up to the media this morning as a way of introducing him after his summer move from Cagliari and it will be interesting for fans to hear what he has to say.

And even though he was disappointed to see Rangers exit the Europa League at the hands of Progres Niederkorn, Alves insists he’d still have signed for the club even if they weren’t in Europe:
Alves has also signed a two-year deal at Rangers, but insists he could stay beyond that two years – extending his career beyond the age of 37:
Alves then ended his press conference by speaking about Cristiano Ronaldo’s career, saying it would be difficult to see his Portuguese teammate leaving the European champions.
He’s been linked with an exit from Madrid this summer, but Alves isn’t having any of it:
