Manchester United fans are absolutely delighted that Romelu Lukaku is finally their new player.
The Everton striker was always on the way after the Old Trafford outfit announced that a fee had been agreed with their Premier League rivals last week.
It was publicly confirmed by Paul Pogba while the pair enjoyed their holidays in America, but there has been no sight of Lukaku in a United shirt while personal terms were agreed and a medical was completed.
Now there is – with United officially confirming his signing this evening:

While it’s no surprise, United fans are glad it’s been completed after a summer of speculation linking the Belgian with either their club or Chelsea.
And given his previous spell at Stamford Bridge, you could have easily seen him back there in the new season.
But Jose Mourinho has got his man and he’ll join up with the United squad later today as they begin their pre-season in America.
