Manchester United fans are losing it after they reportedly beat Chelsea to agree a fee with Everton for Romelu Lukaku.
The Goodison Park striker has been a man in demand this summer, as he has been for the last few 0ff-seasons, and it seems the Toffees have now relented with heavy interest from other teams.
Chelsea appeared favourites for his signature, with Antonio Conte believed to be a big fan of the Belgian frontman.
But reports this morning say Manchester United have won the battle, agreeing a £75million fee with Everton to discuss personal terms with Lukaku.
Simon Stone, of the BBC, tweeted:
Fee of around £75m agreed by @ManUtd and @Everton for Romelu Lukaku. Not connected to Rooney. Club won't pursue interest in Alvaro Morata.

Considering Stone’s reputation, that looks like a story with a lot to it and we’d fully expect Lukaku to be paraded as a United player over the next few days.
How do United fans feel about that? They’re delighted to get him at the expense of Chelsea – even if it will cost them £75m:
Lukaku should be an immediate replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and could form a formidable front three alongside Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
United fans – are you happy with Lukaku’s signing?
