Video: Celtic Fan Manages to Get Kieran Tierney Saying Those Famous Words

A Celtic fan managed to get Kieran Tierney to say those famous words after his side’s friendly defeat to Lyon.

The Hoops full-back wasn’t in the squad for the game as he played the full 90 minutes of the 2-0 win over Linfield last night.

But he was at Celtic Park to watch and even caught up with some supporters after it.

One fan even got Tierney to say his now famous ‘sappening Bitton?’ phrase – and was kind enough to post it to Twitter for everyone to see:

In case you’re unaware of the joke, Tierney went viral at the beginning of pre-season after he was seen and heard on the club’s Snapchat greeting Nir Bitton with those words.

So this tweet should go viral after Tierney was happy to recreate it for some fans.

Celtic lost their friendly 4-0 to Ligue 1 outfit Lyon, but it wasn’t too surprising given Brendan Rodgers named a much-changed squad for the game.

New signings Olivier Ntcham and Jonny Hayes were given game time while a host of youngsters got a run out at Celtic Park.
