When your the world’s most expensive footballer, you can do pretty much whatever you like – including throwing journalists into swimming pools, apparently.

New Manchester United signing – and Pogba’s best mate – Romelu Lukaku gave an interview in LA at the weekend to ESPN, and explained why he’d decided to move to Old Trafford, rather that return to former club Chelsea.

We told you about the interview yesterday, and Lukaku’s explanation, but it seems we left out the best bit of the entire interview.

Call us cynical, but we think there might have been a bit of behind-the-scenes colluding going on between the two Premier League superstars.

Just a suggestion.

How do you think Lukaku will fare at United next season?
