Arsenal centre-back Shkodran Mustafi has been linked with a move to Italian football this week – but the club’s supporters are absolutely livid at the mere suggestion the German might leave.
Mustafi only arrived in North London a year ago from Valencia, and his debut campaign in the Premier League didn’t exactly go as smoothly as he, or supporters, would’ve hoped.
But despite Arsenal’s disappointing season, and Mustafi’s patchy form, it seems the World Cup winner has won over a few followers throughout the last 12 months.
Both Juventus and Inter Milan have been quoted with an interest in signing Mustafi before the transfer window closes at the end of this month, but by the looks of things on social media, Arsene Wenger would be best keeping hold of the 25-year-old:
