71 people, including players, coaching staff and journalists all lost their lives when their plane crashed en route to the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana final against Atletico Nacional in November 2016.
And with one of the few survivors of the crash, defender Alan Ruschel set to make his return to the field against Barca, the match at the Camp Nou will allow the club to honour those who died in the crash.
Football writer @jacklang confirmed via his official Twitter account that during the Barcelona game, the Brasileirão side will wear a special shirt featuring 71 stars – one for each victim:

Barcelona have close ties with Brazil, with several Brazilian players wearing their colours throughout their proud history.
All of which will surely accumulate into an emotional atmosphere at the club’s stadium next week.
