Fans Expect Philippe Coutinho’s Liverpool Exit if They Sign Thomas Lemar

Fans expect Philippe Coutinho to leave Liverpool IF they manage to sign Thomas Lemar.

The most high profile transfer story in the Premier League over recent weeks has involved Coutinho and Barcelona’s reported interest in him.

He’s not been involved with Jurgen Klopp’s first team since the news emerged that Barca want to add him to their squad before the end of the summer transfer window.

That’s been hard to deal with for Liverpool fans, who are desperate to see him remain at the club.

But maybe Coutinho leaving isn’t such a bad thing if Liverpool replace him with Monaco midfielder Lemar.

According to L’Equipe, per dailymail.co.uk, the Anfield club have bid £74million to sign the man who helped inspire Monaco to the Ligue 1 title last season.

And if they manage to pull it off, fans seem fine with the thought of Coutinho heading to Barcelona in a reported £136m deal:

So, Liverpool fans – would you be happy to lose Coutinho if it meant getting Lemar?
