Jon Toral is set to seal a £3million move from Arsenal to Hull just months after ending his loan spell at Rangers.
The Spanish midfielder spent the second half of last season with the Ibrox club, but failed to really impress in the 12 appearances he made.
He was Mark Warburton’s signing and was a regular under the English manager before he was replaced by Pedro Caixinha.
But his time in Glasgow fizzled out and he returned to north London without really having made an impact while away from the club.
However, Toral has apparently done enough over recent years to be worth £3m to Arsenal and Hull are ready to pay that to sign him before the transfer window closes.
That’s what hulldailymail.co.uk is saying – with a move expected to be completed this week.
Is it a surprise to any Rangers fans that Toral is going for that kind of money? Did he show in his time in Glasgow that he was a £3m player?
