Moussa Dembele Trolls Rangers After Celtic Reach Champions League Groups

Celtic striker Moussa Dembele wasted absolutely no time in trolling bitter rivals Rangers on Twitter as his side confirmed their spot in the Champions League group stages.

After a rather nervy 8-4 aggregate win over Astana in today’s playoff round second-leg, Dembele took to social media to share his joy at seeing his team-mates get past the Kazakhstan champions – but he couldn’t resist aiming a dig at Pedro Caixinha’s side by referencing their defeat to Progrès Niederkorn in the Europa League:

Dembele is yet to play any meaningful part in Celtic’s season thus far, after sustaining a hamstring injury during pre-season and isn’t due back in action until next month – when Celtic play Rangers at Ibrox.

If he’s as deadly in-front of goal as he is witty on Twitter, he’ll blow the opposition away.

Celtic fans – who do you want to face in the Champions League group stages?
