It seemed like the Gunners were heading for a defeat to start the English Premier League season after going down 3-2 to the Foxes after 56 minutes.
Alexandre Lacazette got Arsenal off to a perfect start with a goal inside a minute, but Craig Shakespear’s men fought back to lead 2-1 thanks to goals from Shinji Okazaki and Vardy.
Danny Welbeck did equalise for the hosts before the break, but Vardy restored Leicester’s lead 10 minutes into the second half – and his wife Rebekah was only too happy to aim some stick the way of Gunners fan Morgan:
Unfortunately for Mrs Vardy, her husband and his teammates were unable to hold on to their lead, with Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud scoring late on to seal a 4-3 win for the Gunners.
And Morgan didn’t take long to have a dig back:
Need a snuggle @RebekahVardy ?

It’s fair to say Vardy’s wife is disappointed – and took Morgan’s reply in good nature:
Even though the hug seems kind of creepy, Morgan won’t care after his side’s comeback.
