Tottenham are being brutally trolled online after releasing a season review DVD of the 2016/17 campaign – despite failing to win a single trophy – or even reach a cup final.
The north London side enjoyed a pretty promising season overall, as they went on to finish second in the Premier League behind Chelsea, cement their place as a Champions League club, all whilst playing exciting and attacking football.
But, no matter how easy on the eye their football was, ultimately, Spurs failed to win anything.
They were knocked out in the early rounds of the League Cup and the Champions League, whilst they lost in the semi-final of the FA Cup.
Does all of that really merit a season-review DVD? A memento to pass down to future generations?

You should make it a couple of quid cheaper than Chelseas so you can really put the pressure on in sales

What do you think? Is the club’s hierarchy merely trying to exploit every avenue available to make money, or is this an horrendous PR gaffe?
