Having signed from Finnish champions FJK Helsinki in the summer, few were expecting an outstanding return from a seemingly raw and inexperienced 21-year-old.
However, the reality has been somewhat different, with Morelos bagging eight goals in 11 games for Pedro Caixinha’s side.
And of course, as we are all aware, scoring goals gets fans off their seats and places them firmly on your side.
So, it’s no surprise that the Rangers supporters have taken to the Colombian so quickly – something Morelos clearly appreciates going by his latest post on Twitter.
Morelos uploaded this video to his social media account, showing Rangers fans singing his name during last week’s clash against Partick Thistle at Firhill:

With Kenny Miller being demoted to the club’s under-20’s and with fellow new signing Eduardo Herrera struggling to find the net with consistency, Morelos is the main man in the Rangers strike force.
