Nobody Can Believe Crystal Palace Are Replacing Frank De Boer with Roy Hodgson

Crystal Palace have officially sacked Frank de Boer today – and are apparently keen on replacing him with Roy Hodgson.

De Boer is show the door after losing his opening four games in charge without scoring a solitary goal – Palace’s worst start to a season since 1924.

Hodgson has been out of work since he disastrously guided England to a Euro 2016 exit against Iceland last summer, but the Independent are claiming Hodgson is top of the Palace hierarchy’s list to turn around their season.

As you can imagine, sacking a manager after just four matches would cause a few raised eyebrows regardless of who it was, but replacing him with Hodgson?

Well, there’s a lot of fans and onlookers who are simply in disbelief:

What do you think of the situation? Should Palace have been more patient and could an experience coach like Roy Hodgson be the man to bail Palace out?
